Comment: Hi Jennifer! Oooooh . . . this wolf ATC is SO pretty. I absolutely love the papers you used and that silver moon is gorgeous--really clever to picture the wolf howling at the moon. Unlike a lot of swappers, I LOVE anything glittery--love the glitter accents on this. Thanks, too, for those sweet extras. I love vintage photos but can never seem to find any--I'll treasure this one!

I am sorry to be so late in rating your swap. I'm not being lazy, but have been really sick for the last month. This long illness ended with me in the ER twice and 1 Urgent Care in 5 days. My visit to Urgent Care got me in an ambulance and in the hospital after more evaluation in the ER. They are still unclear about what caused my whole body to tailspin and I could have had seizures or even passed away. This has been scary!
So, I want to say Thank You for your generosity and kindness over this last month. Thank You for your caring swap and for a GREAT swap. Happy Swapping until we meet again.

I loved the envelope but I did have a have a difficult time opening it. I finally had to use a scissors across the tape trying to not cut anything. I just got back from a chemo treatment and am particularly uncoordinated.

Comment: I do love a good bookstore! I might should be ashamed to admit it, but Moby Dick was never my favorite and I struggled to read it. I know a lot of people say that about various works of literature, but it's true even of English teachers. I'd still visit the bookshop, though!!

I appreciate you reading my profile, but that list of postcards is for map cards 😌, but that's okay; Baja California was one of our favourite vacations spots (the only place we've been to in Mexico), and your postcard is of Ensenada Bay which is in Baja, so it's brought back nice memories. Thanks for all the postcards you sent! As for my organization of them, I just use shoeboxes with labelled cardboard between the subjects. From one lonely shoebox to 10; not sure when I started collecting / swapping them - a few years ago, anyway. :)

Comment: Jennifer! I absolutely LOVED your envelope (so pretty!) and your note, and i feel very special that you made that bookmark for me to celebrate sobriety— it meant so much!! Yes, i had just left for Florida when the first flood hit in Ellicott City; it was INSANE though! They have markers on the Main Street bridge of notable water levels, and prior to those two modern day floods, the highest one was in, like, the 1800s... and the two recent flood wayyy surpassed that. It’s just crazy to think the water level rose that high— even above the bridge and the railroad station!!! I think they’re doing something to fortify the nearby dam and water system overall, so we don’t lose our little historic city altogether! Happy swapping and thanks again :)
