AACG: Blue and Lime ATC

Continuing with our ATCs in gorgeous color combinations...I have chosen "blue and lime" for our color combination. Such vibrant, beautiful colors! Let's make a beautiful ATC for our swap partner using mostly these gorgeous colors...of course other colors may be introduced as contrast or in the embellishments. I know we can do it, and do it spectacularly! I won't go into the basics of ATC requirements (size, etc.) because we already know that stuff, and have moved into a realm of "extra" when creating beautiful little works of art.
