I am very disappionted with this swap,one day to go and 15 people have not sent and to top it off I received my surprise today ,[a damaged post card] hardly making it a great surprise as the swap stated.Sending the cheapest thing possible is not what swapping is a bout ,I allways send something, I know will be well received.I will not be able to angel all these that don't send,and it really puts you off swapping. SORRY

It's Ok to send on the swap deadline date, just not after. You can send early but you don't Have to. A lot of people send on the last day (the deadline), and that is w/in the swap rules. I'm not sure I understand the problem. Your swap rules are not very specific either, not saying you got a great package but maybe adding more details or a value might help next time around.
