Yes- it is time to make some decos. I have noticed many who swap them and it has been awhile since I have made any. Would love to swap some again. For this swap you will be making 3 decos- any theme. You can make one for yourself, one for your partner(please see their profiles for ideas) and one for someone else.
This is a USA swap-however I will be putting an international up soon.
