Back to school time is coming....yay!! This swap is for the kids school notebooks. Send 1 altered standard school notebook to 1 partner. Please leave the childs' information in the comments below, favorite colors, characters, hobby or sport, etc. Please have at least 5 snail mail swaps under your belt and no ratings under 5 for at least your past 5 swaps. Don't flake out on the kids, that's just mean and I will hunt you down like a dog and make you suffer, i promise. Make something really cute so the kids get excited about going back to school. What size notebook are we altering? Are we looking at spiral bound notebooks or composition books?

hi guys- yes you can leave a note for the notebook to be for yourself, and good luck in college! just leave a note below for whoever you want the notebook to be for.

i think we should probably make them composition books as this size is pretty accepted in all schools and the covers on the spiral bounds are pretty flimsy. if you can find a way to get a spiral bound cover to stand up to altered and the wear and tear, more power to you. anything else just yell. :)

This would be for my daughter. She loves everything cute... especially food with faces / Kawaii cute. She is not a big fan of Sanrio characters. Thank you!!! :D

My daughter is 9. She is a blend of the sophisticated; she likes to watch Blue Planet and other shows on NatGeo, and can name most of the major bones in the body and all of the parts of the eye, she wants to be a doctor or a vet and the sweet; she loves Trixie Belden books and Pixie Hollow Fairies and while she does not believe in Santa Claus, she firmly and steadfastly believes in fairies from the tooth fairy on...She likes most bright colors. She loves The Tale of Despereaux & Beatrix Potter & Sponge Bob...but will also spend time on line at this website performing knee surgery on a human knee, her 16 year old brother showed her the site and it is very realistic...she has 'practiced' giving injections in a gluteal muscle...yup...butt muscles, which is different than a subcutaneous injection....and to think when I was 9 we weren't even allowed to look at anatomy books...
