Do you make a postcard with your photo and then decorate?

@carlene this is for an ATC, Artist Trading Card, which is 2.5 by 3.5 inches and it's decorated somehow (in this case, w/ a photo & other decorations/embellishments). it should be mailed inside an envelope/package, because i think (US) postal guidlines for minimum size are a bit bigger than this.

I think the photos should be fairly clear to see unless that is part of the art.
