Create one art piece with a minimum size of 5"x7", using the below video by Hayley Roberts as inspiration. This project blends a fun bubble-textured background with collage fragments and expressive doodles to formulate a unique piece of art.

Use good paper for your substrate, such as watercolor paper. The color choice, collage ephemera, pen & ink, and other additions are up to the artist.
