Polka Dots Tag

Let's have some summer fun playing with polka dots. For this swap, you will create one tag for one partner that prominently features polka dots - any size, any color, any configuration! Let's go for a tag size between a #5 tag (2 and 3/8" X 4 and 3/4") and a #8 tag (3 and 1/8" by 6 and 1/4"). No larger, no smaller, but anything in between is fine.
