Hi swappers . . . Let's follow Cathy's Tutorial to create an easy double pocket folder with ephemera. I'm not certain if Cathy gives measurements, but please create a folder measuring at least 4"x6" (larger is fine). Please add some type of ephemera to the inner pockets and embellish as you like.
