My Favorite... Author

I got this idea from a swap I recently participated in. Although the swap had nothing directly to do with favorites, I answered the prompt by writing about a favorite thing.

I searched for “Favorite Thing” swaps and didn’t find any electronic swaps, only those that actually exchanged items. If I am stepping on any toes here, please let me know. Otherwise, if there seems to be an interest, I will make this a recurring swap, every three or four weeks, with different prompts.

For this swap, send an email answering the following questions:

• Who is your favorite author?

• What genre do they typically write in?

• Why are they your favorite?

• What was the first thing you read by them?

• What is their most recent work you read?

• How many things by them have you read?

• What is your favorite work by them?
