VC: St. Patrick's Day Binder Trading Card

Oh, how I love BTCs! I have so many hanging on binder rings...it's the best kind of eye candy! For this swap, we will make one beautiful St. Patrick's Day-themed BTC, which is like a skinny ATC: 3.5 inches long; only 1.75 inches wide, and with a hole punched in the upper left corner of the front side (for adding to a binder ring). Both sides are decorated, and (unlike ATCs), the use of dangles and embellishments that hang over the sides is not only allowed, but encouraged!
