This ATC swap is for creating a little work of art showcasing tags! Send 1 ATC to each of your 2 partners. Sender's choice. Create any style you like as long as it measures 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" You may stiffen with a harder backing if you like, but you may also do all fabric or other medium for a slightly lighter card. One embellishment must be a hanging tag of some kind. Newbies welcome. No unexplained low ratings! International
