Description:
Create a lovely "bird in the hand" ATC for your partner. Feel free to interpret the theme any way you wish...as long as you have a bird and a hand on the ATC. I have to admit, this one came to me on a whim...I have no idea how I will put my ATC together, but I know I'll have fun making it! Remember the basics: a sturdy background, standard ATC size, a bird...and a hand!
