Create 1 standard ATC with hand-made/hand-drawn art by you for one partner. On this card, include a quote or phrase that is mermaid-related. Quotes can be cut out words if you prefer, but the rest must be hand-drawn/created. Please include a protective sleeve/envelope along with your card. This will be an international swap.
