I love blue and white together--it's so clean and pretty. For this swap you'll be creating an ATC for your partner featuring blue & white--no other colors should be used--just blue & white. Any theme goes! The picture above is a Delft tile--a friend of mine hails from Holland and I have always admired her tiles and it's what inspired me to start this swap. Hope you'll join!
