Newspaper ATC - USA and Canada only

Using a newspaper as your background for the atc adding embellishments or stamping or anything you want to make it outstanding. 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 iches is the norm, making two atc for two swappers totaling 4 that you have to make. Make sure that you put the name of swap on your envelope and the ATC.
I know Raven doesn't mind me doing a USA andCanada swap due to the fact she has one now with same idea onty International. They are fun to do. Newbies welcomed with a good profile.
