This swap is for 1 Marilyn Monroe themed ATC. Rules: ATC must me made on sturdy backing - meaning not flimsy paper but at least multiple layers of cardstock if not cardboard. must not be dingy or look like it was slapped together any imagery should be good quality/tasteful should have multiple components, not just a picture and that's it must have at least 1 three-dimensional embellishment/adornment
