For this swap you will have 2 partners and you will create 1 ATC with a heart theme for each partner. The heart theme may be interpreted in any way you choose from a traditional Valentine-type heart to an anatomical drawing of a heart. 2 heart ATC's--1 to each partner ATC's must measure 2.5" x 3.5" Your info should be written or stamped on the back of each ATC Each ATC must be sent in a plastic sleeve Any heart theme goes--sender's choice If you choose to create a dimensional ATC, please take that into account when selecting shipping materials so your beautiful creations don't get flattened in the postal machines. Participants must have a minimum 4.9 rating and be rated for 10 Type 3 swaps.

Where would I find the plastic sleeves for the ATC?

You can find the sleeves where you buy baseball cards and such.

Can it be a heart shaped ATC, so long as the widest and longest parts meet the measurements (2.5x3.5)?

Yes! Heart-shaped is wonderful. This is sender's choice, so if you want to create a heart-shaped ATC, you are more than welcome.
