Comment: After some good communication, I haven't heard from this swapper again. I never received anything, though she swears she sent on time and then a follow up. Sorry to have to do it. I'd rate again if I get something. 8/13/13 - I have received four and a half months later. I can't in good conscious rate a five now, but Sostenson followed through with a good attitude.
