Comment: First off, beautiful stationery! Great job on getting your JERM done this week. Yes, it wasn't every day, but over half, and that is something to be proud of. What works for me is alarms and timers. I have alarms on my phone and use Google to set my timers. If I know I am not going to finish within the time limit, I put on my white board "Project Start" etc. Helps me get into that mind set. Good luck this week!
