Comment: I totally agree with everything you said! :) The line, "Forgiveness doesn’t mean you condone what occurred. It doesn’t mean the person that wronged you was blameless. But forgiveness is essential to growth. It releases you from pain and stress to move on to better things," really connected with me. I think that this is an important distinction that some people miss when thinking about forgiveness!

Comment: Thank you for the lovely chunk, I love Gwen Frostic! There was a shop in Tubac, AZ (a little artists town, I won't say how long ago) that had Gwen Frostic art. I always purchased some paper/cards whenever we went there and still have some of it. I wonder if the shop still exists & what Tubac looks like now.

What genre would you say is the song Leni's car? I'm not great at genre names (there are so many subgenres), so I like to ask.

I honestly don't like kids too much and don't want any myself so I totally understand getting annoyed at kids who only care about big ticket items or are otherwise not thankful! The snow shovel ATC was also hilarious but I understand the stress of knowing you'll be late to get somewhere because of all the snow! Thanks so much for the super talented ATCs, I love them!

Comment: Love your book! I would love to visit Minneapolis some day. I especially love the pic of your house. I love older homes with character. I have a newer, pink-stucco house :S I have worked hard to give it some kind of character.
Response: Thanks! Our neighborhood was pretty much built in the early 20's, as was a large part of Minneapolis. Stucco houses automatically have a bit of character, I think!

Response: It was fun to do. I think I spent perhaps a little too much time using it to vent my work frustrations, but sheesh,the tulip chair guy deserves his own postcard series... what a prat! I hope you work with fun, agreeable designers.
