Response: This user did not specify why she rated a 3. I resent the swap with a plethora of extras, in case there was something she was unhappy about. I tried contacting with no reply. Soon after, she stopped logging on swap-bot and has not been back on in numerous years. To this day, I am still unsure of the reason for this rating.
